Assistant Restaurant Manager


Your role is to assist the Restaurant Manager in the operation of the Restaurant in accordance with the company’s standards of service, product quality, and cleanliness. You focus on building sales and profits through service quality, beer cost controls, and labor cost controls. You train and develop front of house (FOH) colleagues in accordance with local liquor licensing guidelines. You are also responsible for the supervision and development of your FOH colleagues ensuring that standards and values of the Restaurant brand are adhered to.

  • Excellent communication and people skills
  • Good leadership and organizational skills
  • Should have a proven track record of exemplary performance in meeting sales and productivity targets
  • Should have experience in training colleagues
  • Complete knowledge of all Restaurant colleague functions
  • Ability to understand and analyze financial information
  • Experience in prioritizing, planning, and time management
  • Basic knowledge of computers and mainstream software programs
